Applicable Substrate Material
1.LDPE films (treaat tension shall be equal to or over 38 dynes.)
2. BOPP films (treaat tension shall be equal to or over 38 dynes.)

Note: custom can depend on printing speed andd condition to adjust
the ratio of solvent. Benzene and alcohols system is the best
solvent of polyamide surface printing ink.
Printing Viscosity
Depend on speed and depth of plate:
White ink (Zahn 3#/25℃) 16-22s
Color ink (Zahn3#/25℃) 17-24s
Notes:
1. Lida series surface printing ink is suit for the dry convenient
food package, calendar and so on. Forbid using in high temperature
package printing, also inappropriate for containing oil or liquid
content of the packaging printing. When used in the production of
industrial protective film or other textile printing, packaging,
testing prior or consult to our technical departments.
2.Pervasive use of colors (pink, dark blue, Ching Lin) products
printing, color transfer should note the possibility of
infiltration, must be required in the printing ink is completely
dry, and confirmed prior to use.
3. In Lida Series Ink, 108 ink as the standard type, 100 for
economic, different grades and packaging can be printed to meet
different demand, and achieve the best cost-effective.
4. Solvent residue is formed by many factors: the printing speed,
bake Road capacity, printing layout,ink layer thickness,
environmental factors, solvents, composite processing conditions,
and so on. When used in the solvent residue in food packaging very
strict, please choose a suitable ink varieties and do prior
testing, or to consult our technical department.
5. Making dry composite package, use Haoda 421FD type 709 white ink
as backing, can get to the stable composite strength.
6. Making calendar product, the backing must use 709B white ink,
can get the requirment of surface rub resistant ana smooth.
7. When used on ink-saving printing plate, it will conglutinate and
block the printing plate due to absorbing too much moisture after
long-time consult with the air. In this case, you shall use
slow-drying agent so as to avoid this problem.
8. Before printing , please stir well to ensure good fluidity. When
the ink storage at low temperature may arise when cold and
viscosity too large, thawed after normal use. Excessive diluent,
the ink would undermine the overall performance, and reduce print
gloss, rub resistance, and recommend appropriate use of diluted
diluent.
9. Don’t use together with other ink to avoid the quality problem.
The shelf life is 12 months.
